GETTING LIT
Once again, Sydney's The Domain exploded in colour and excitement as the annual Light The City festival rolled into town. Roller racing returned to the main stage, ably flanked by a Halloween-themed silent disco and not-so-silent main stage DJ. Quickly reverting to sign language and lots of 'HUH?', we set about awkwardly seducing cyclists and pedestrians alike to step up for Neon Rollers under the big top.
It didn't take long to light the fuse, with hundreds swarming to race - or watch - loved ones, nemeses or complete strangers, battling for bragging rights and a moment of glory under the bright lights. Food trucks were a valuable (albeit rare) source of carbohydrates, while impromptu break-out dance floors kept would-be competitors (and our team) limber.

DOMAIN DEMAND
Neon Rollers quickly became our biggest event ever, with over 180 riders participating in almost 100 races. You can see the full results here.
LIGHTING THE CITY
RRI was just a small part of Sydney’s Light The City festival, illuminating The Domain and welcoming thousands of cyclists and pedestrians to join in the party.
It wasn't just our smoke machine. With Halloween approaching, there were some frighteningly fast times put down. Below you can find out which guys and gals had the fastest legs of the evening, or click here to see the full results. Think you can go faster? Check out our upcoming events for your opportunity to show us all how it's done.
